Reservations are required upon check-in and cost €10 per day.
The maximum height is 160 cm.

Check-in:
At Hotel Aurora Mare, check-in is available from 12:00 noon. If your room is available earlier, we can check you in earlier to reduce waiting times. For early arrivals, you can leave your luggage in the luggage storage and start your vacation right away, enjoying our partner beach or relaxing on the panoramic terrace overlooking the sea.

Check-out:
Check-out is by 10:00 am. Guests can leave their bags in the luggage storage and collect them upon departure. You can inquire at reception about available changing rooms and showers before departure.

Yes, at reception you can ask for information and reserve tickets with the support of external collaborators and agencies.

The Hotel Aurora Mare is just a 10-minute walk from Rimini-Miramare train station. If you're arriving from Rimini Central Station, you can easily reach us by taxi.

We do not offer refunds for uneaten meals, but they may not be forfeited. For example, we can prepare lunch boxes to replace breakfast, lunch, or dinner if you return late, go to an amusement park or on an excursion, leave early in the morning, or want to stay at the beach all day and eat under the umbrella.

If you have also booked the beach with us, each umbrella includes two sun loungers (for a reservation of two people) or one sun lounger (for single room reservations for one person). For each additional sun lounger requested, the supplement must be paid directly to the lifeguard on the beach.

Yes, our hotel is attentive to the needs of guests with food intolerances and special diets. We offer specific options for those with gluten or lactose intolerance, as well as vegetarian and other dietary requirements.

Guests can also bring their own products, and our staff will assist with preparation or cooking. To ensure the best experience, we recommend contacting the reservations office directly before confirming your reservation to discuss any specific dietary requirements.

In addition to water, our all-inclusive plan includes house wines, a local white and red, served by our staff during lunch and dinner. For other beverages, such as beer, juices, and soft drinks, we offer special packages that can be purchased at check-in and will be recommended by our staff.

In the event of early departure, full payment will be required for the remaining reservation, or at least for the next three days if the stay is still in progress.

Any vouchers for future stays of a value to be determined will be issued and proportioned by the hotel management.

At the Hotel Aurora Mare in Rimini, small and medium-sized pets (up to 20 kg) are welcome! They can stay comfortably in your room, with a small fee to ensure professional cleaning after your stay.

For the well-being of all guests, pets are not allowed in the indoor common areas or the restaurant, but, weather permitting, a dedicated outdoor area is available on the veranda during breakfast.

Your four-legged friend is also welcome on the beach; any rules and surcharges must be agreed upon directly on site.
